Returns & Exchanges

At REALISM©, we prioritize quality and precision; however, if your garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and minimalist packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection through our logistics partner within 48 hours of generating your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio team verifies the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
